Our House is a Very Nice House, until....

Our house is nice but lately I think it has been a bit angry at us for leaving.  Or it might be happy we are leaving and saying "hey, I need new stuff for the new rentors!" Whatever the reason, in the last few months we had to replace a leaking toilet (that also ruined the floor, so that had to be done), a refrigerator, a microwave, the dishwasher and lastly (but probably not!), the septic pump. Luckily I am married to a saver and we had emergency funds to take care of part of it PLUS we got our tax returns. We did a lot of the installation (except the pump-not going there!) so that cut the cost down a little as well. Boy, I hope nothing else happens...knock on wood.
