Signed and Sealed!

To lesson the stress, Randy and I have decided to have our youngest son and his friends, go over the rental agreement and pay the security deposit now and in the near future (money will be collected on or before June 10th as agreed upon).  To make it legal, we purchased a template format for Residential Housing Agreement. This made our job so much easier and it was straight forward of what we wanted (don't lose a key or you will be fined.  No guests staying at the house longer than 7 consecutive days, etc.)  I am pleased to say, after three hours of deliberating, modifying and coming to a consensus, they all signed the document. Randy and I have until July 28th to vacate and provide each one of them the key to our house.  Now, it is just a matter of getting our house ready for them to move in on that date. Bring on the paint!
